This Office of the Chief Procurement Officer Management System
(OCPO MS) is for sending, tracking, responding and reporting of
submissions to Office of The Chief Procurement Officer (OCPO).
Using the system will result on ease of tracking and processing of
applications as well as improved efficiencies of OCPO processes.

This governance Monitoring and Compliance (GMC) Management System is for submission, tracking and reporting of requests to Office of The Chief Procurement Officer (OCPO). Using the system will result on ease of tracking and processing of applications as well as improved efficiencies of OCPO GMC proceses.

The Office of the Chief Procurement Officer is not directly involved in procurement, but manages procurement reforms, maintains the procurement system and oversees the way in which government does business with the private sector.

The outcome is to improve Supply Chain Management (SCM) processes and service delivery through strengthening the implementation of the SCM Regulatory Framework. To intensify support to departments in implementing SCM regulations which will lead to identifying and reporting malpractise and implementation of corrective measures and interventions

Our role is to manage and maintain the relevant regulatory environment for government procurement practices.

Our role is to effectively manage government transversal contracts so that cost savings and also socio-economic objectives are achieved.
